All Feedback Positive?
You have a brilliant idea. What are you going to do with it? Let’s say you’re a “doer” and you take action, you implement it. How do you know if it’s good or not? By the acceptance of the market or audience and the reaction of people. In other words, feedback.
And it’s an art to understand how to react to this feedback, and to know how to detect when something is negative/constructive or positively compassionate. (I’ll explain how to detect feedback in the following article.)
But the most important thing is, what are you going to do after this? Never take it personally and always see what they’re saying as directed towards your business. And although I know it’s difficult to detach from criticism and we tend to take it personally, it’s the only way to be able to fully absorb that feedback constructively and reinvent from there. Don’t let your emotions create the narrative, but rather let the power of logic dictate your next move.
